to Princeps Development LTD

Princeps Development LTD is the formalized evolution of Princeps Webworld, a software development and database optimization practice operated by Prince Akpobasa since 2018. Over 6+ years, we have deployed 30+ customer-facing web and mobile applications for SMEs, schools, and enterprises across Nigeria.

Our track record includes optimizing 7,500+ database records for Saint Louis University and building cloud-native infrastructure that can cut client infrastructure costs by 50-70% through Kubernetes-based deployment.

Prince Akpobasa

Managing Director & Founder

Prince Akpobasa is a computer scientist with 6+ years of hands-on delivery experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise database optimization. He holds a BSc in Computer Science (Second Class Upper) from Delta State University and is a Cisco Network Professional and Linux Foundation Kubernetes & Cloud Native (LFS250) certified engineer — placing him among fewer than 10 certified Kubernetes experts in Nigeria.

He is currently a Programmer II at Delta State University (since Sept 2024), where he automated internal reporting workflows with Power BI and SQL — cutting processing time by 35% for 50+ academic staff — and built ETL pipelines transforming raw payroll data into monthly analytics reports for university leadership.

He previously founded and ran Princeps Webworld (2018-2024), delivering 30+ client-facing web applications. Through data-focused training programs, he sanitized a 7,500+ record dataset for Saint Louis University (resolving 2,500+ duplicates, improving data integrity by 25%) and built a multi-page Power BI dashboard that surfaced a 57% admissions response-rate trend — and led a 9-person team evaluating frontier AI models during a prompt engineering research program with Rochester Institute of Technology.

Prince is an Andela and Linux Foundation alumnus and has completed 100% of the TEF Business Management and AI Business Training. He leads Princeps Development with a hands-on approach, combining engineering rigor with business pragmatism to deliver solutions that create measurable impact.
